I like being able to order on the app instead of waiting once i get there, but you need to add a customized message spot back to the app. Also need to make An option for extra wet wings, and or dipping sauce option of the wing flavor.

Very easy to use, and to customize your order, find stores, etc. never had an issue with an order

Although the app convenience is nice. The app itself needs a makeover. Entirely too many clicks to get what you want. Almost as if 20 questions just to order wings. The app could be simplified to get to the point. App could be set up like many of the pizza apps out there. Everything has a category this app you click then moves to another link then so on.

The Wingstop app is great - I use saved favorites and I can order in about 10 seconds. Ive never had any problems ordering online from these guys!

easy to use, but I was confused the first time with the - + selector and hit 8, for how many wings I wanted, and I went to check out and it had 8 of my orders, for about $80 lol Once you figure out how to maneuver it, it saves a lot of time if you eat here a lot. Especially being able to save favorites to orders because I always get the same thing. Louisiana Rub wings having basically zero carbs is a godsend when Im lazy and just want some good tasting chicken without having to cook/sit down at a restaurant.

It doesnt allow me to finish out the order and pay. It just says that online ordering is unavailable.

Ive tried logging in with my account that Ive had with them for three years and it doesnt work??!!!

Easy and convenient. Something that would improve it for me would be the ability to add a flavor sauce on the side.

This app is pretty good, especially if youre logged in with an account, makes the ordering process a lot easier. Excellent app, super convenient! Sometimes it takes a while to wait for your order at the store, so I always use the app to order ahead of time. I think its easy to use and havent had any problems so far.

This app is super functional and easy to use. No crashes!! I love how easy it is to order one of my favorite chicken restaurants!!!

The sole purpose of the app is to order ahead of time, but its incompetent in helping ease the process because theres no dedicated line for online pickups at the store, you still have to wait in line, and you cant even pay through the app so it all ends up taking just as long.

This system worked great twice, but tonight the IRL portion was a fail. People walking up to the counter got their food far faster than we did. Disappointing!

Love this app! Wingstop takes a bit to get your wings ready. This app lets you order and pay with ease. It also tells you when the order is ready. All restaurants need this app.

I LOVE the app. Its easy to use. Being able to save favorites is convenient and I like that I can pay ahead of time through the app. HOWEVER, I have a suggestion: Please have a separate line for pickup orders so that you dont have to stand in a long line waiting on people to place orders before you can pickup your food that you pre-ordered online. Its happened to me several times and I wanted to so badly shout out "I ordered online and thats my bag of food sitting right there behind you." But, I felt that would be rude. :( so I stood there for 10 minutes just waiting while my food got cold. I absolutely LOVE Wingstop and Im a regular customer just offering a suggestion that would easily make the customer experience faster and less frustrating! Thank you! :)

I appreciate the nice ordering app that allows me to order ahead without paying some sort of service or convenience fee. The app is pretty decent. Room for improvement (layout / navigation could be a little better) but as it is works well enough and definitely beats calling in or ordering there and having to wait!!! Thanks wingstop for providing a usable and free ordering app! Also, kudos for letting me save my favorite orders in the app :-)
