Theyre very good at time management. Every time I show up my food is ready at the expected time the app gives you and its very user friendly. I hate ordering over the phone so its awesome that I can resort to my phone to order my food!

I love this app and wish that all other take-out apps were based on this design!

Please update the closing hours. Last night the app allowed me to place an order and when I got there, the place was CLOSED. Fix ASAP

The app is very easy to use. I love that we can store our "favorites" so we dont have to enter it every time.

...how about hiring a new UI/UX designer. The functionality and process to add items to cart and choose options is probably one of the worst I have seen. Other than that I like to be able to save orders, see specials, choose options and order immediately or later... but seriously that UI makes me want to delete it.

This app doesnt work, orders dont go through but they still charge you any take your money. Wingstops service is awful and the food is disgusting. Your better of going to Buffalo Wild Wings, better prices and MUCH BETTER WINGS

Bring back the "pay in store" option... its annoying to have to put my card info in when I dont want to. Thanks.

Perfect app because I love wingstop but for my Agee school club we only have a 30 min break to get food and come back.,, thus this app is and classmates and my dream!!! Once u get used to the app ordering is so easy! We order in class and by the time break starts we go to wingstop to pick up and leave ! The prices shown on the app are accurate all the time (adds up everything even tax) ,, and its funny to see a person about to order $80 worth of wings

This app was so horrible that I had just got fed up and deleted it . It was slow, crashed too often and didnt offer the full menu... Fast forward: my computer synced the app back into my phone and after much time had passed (over a year) when I gave it another go. I was impressed. The issues I had with the older version were gone . Its so dependable that I think nothing of using it almost every time.

Not a fan of the upsell. And very disappointed that I couldnt make payment via App. Should have paypal option to make it easier. Since it takes 15-20 minutes to make your food, a well designed app is mandatory these days!!! Who has that kind of time to pickup their "fast food"?!?

only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that i had to go to the website in order to view the menu without ordering. if youre already familiar with all the combos and flavors, this app is great the way it is, but if youre unfamiliar, you might as well use the website since there are more descriptions.

Online orders are always a convenience when it comes to ordering from WingStop and the app just makes everything easier! Still use the app every time I order wings. The store that I order from is prompt and makes it a requirement to pay online. Makes things so much easier and faster!

This app is ideal for placing your order ahead of time. It is easy to use and it gives you all the options like extra well done for your wings, which is a must.
